Professor Joaze Bernardino-Costa (University of Brasília)

Joaze Bernardino-Costa is professor of Sociology at University of Brasília – Brazil. His research is concerned with race relations, affirmative action, and domestic work through the perspective of decolonization methodology. His PhD dissertation was about the domestic work unions in Brazil and it is being prepared for publication. He has also developed  a collaborative dialogue with domestic worker activists and affirmative action proponents in Brazilian universities.
